currently running my 04 gen1 thou with a akrapovic race can and the motogp stubby can is growing on me.anyone fitted one to their bike .they are nice and short expect a bit louder but ?

I've got one similar to the one above on mine and yes it is noisy. It gives a nice deep throated rumble on low revs increasing into a growl and then onwards into a loud howl!! On the plus side, scares the bejeesus out of folk when you howl past them and if your the anti-social type! On the downside, can be a bit tiresome after a while, not great if you do long motorway rides and definitely not good for neighbourly relations. Seems to run ok on it, tho mine hasn't been Ivanised.......yet. Definite no no if your the shy retiring type!
Recommended.....but keep your Akra, for distance work
