Ok I know it's a bit damp at the mo but us bikers are hardy souls just wanted to know what tent you would suggest for.  camping ??

depends on budget and how many going n how long for  but for weight ease of putting up n down and lots of room for 2 then this is the dogs danglies for us bikers absolutely loads of them used at rallies

I am getting on a bit..... well my body is about 40 years older than it should be lets say
So when camping i like to be able to Stand up and get dressed, be able to move around in the tent and have an air bed, chair, heater..... you get the idea

So 2 years ago i brought a Teepee.
very easy to put up on your own, its peg out the base, insert the 1 pole and peg out the guide ropes. its up in 2 mins flat to give you cover from the rain.
its 2 meters high in the centre so easy to get dressed and is big enough for me on a double blow up bed, a mate on a double blow up bed, all our gear and if i felt like it the bike to
yet it packs down small and light as its just 1 pole. my sleeping bag takes up more room than the teepee.

it hasnt leaked in the 2 years use (been used 3-4 times a year) but it is only single skined. so can get a little cold, but thats why i have a gas heater i pack on the bike to

they SAY it sleeps 12, but by the time you have gear etc in i would say 6 max so for 2-3 ppl its a bloody hotel yet packs smaller than a sleeping bag.

Vango Zetes 300. Packs down small and is plenty big enough.

Ok i am slightly wrong on that, i just pulled them out of the cupboard lol. but although the teepee is SLIGHTLY longer (by 3 cms) its slightly thiner by a fraction.

Oh no i did get it, i just didn't find it funny 
That and needed to get it out for the Bmf soon so have to give the gear a check over.

Size and weight were the contributing factors in me getting it. I'm off upto The Isle of Skye on Friday for afew days on the bike and with shitty weather that's forecast, i'm sure it will be put to the test....

The HH rating is whats inportant as that dictates how much rain it can withstand, given that I live in Scotland i went for 3000HH!
for example something with 1500HH will start to leak after a sustained time in heavy rain although im sure the replys saying otherwise will fly in now......
We bike and camp as a group and bought the Vango Midas 400 which we split between 3 bikes and use as a base to ride out from.
