Scottoiler, and I'm not connected with them in any way, other than a very sattisfied customer. I wouldn't run a chain driven bike without one!

I to run a scottoiler, its great but limited.
For most year round riders its a great bit of kit, but my bike is stored outside and used randomly. its my ownly fourm of transport but it might be used daily for a week or two, then not used for a week.
so this meens when the bike isnt being used the chain can start to show signs of rust.
i allways recomend oilers as i think they work well even though for the way i use my bike its limited.

There was a shop i was in once in taunton (think it was V & J's that have just gone bust.) they had a selection of chain lubes that were coloured lol. they did red, green, purple, black, white and ... gold Smile
i laughed at the time thinking gimick but later when i got a gold chain i did think back i should have grabed a can of it. not seen it since though, but have seen at a bike show chains with coloured side plates in green and blues etc.
