Color of Forum

Can I suggest the color of the forum (this greyish hue)  could be replaced to something like green, or the old blue, which I liked?    Is it possible to say change the color once a month?

Now I've downloaded the file and it appears as a zipped doodah on my desktop.  I've opened the file, but can't see how to get it to work??  What do I need to do?

This shade of pink would be nice, as it would match my phone
