Well, it's certainly withstood the test of time.

Just like my old Dansette Major record player if you swung the stacking arm out of the way, whatever you were playing played on repeat, on and on…..and on…..happy days  Thumbup

Brand new in 1959, they were the dogs bollox back then. A good one will easily fetch £500+ nowadays, wish I still had mine.

Jack Stanford in the 1930 was the most amazing and often considered the Elastic Dancer

There was an ad with a reworked version of Gene Kelly's Singin' in the Rain a few years back with someone who had a similar dancing style:

All my life, I've loved playing soccer, cricket, swimming, running, cycling, still do three of those in my 70s. Dance? Not a chance. Never been able to. Arms, legs, body never in syc, dance like Dalek. Wife gave up decades ago trying to get me on a dance floor, whether it be weddings/parties etc. Despite the sporting activities requiring balance/timing/co-ordination etc, none of that ever seemed to come together for dancing. Odd really.

Good for you on the exercise front. Certainly got to keep moving as we get a few miles on the clock. I hated cricket and am no good at swimming, but kept playing football until I was 67, albeit in goal in 7 aside.
Still enjoy getting out on my mountain bike, and have lots of off road trails near home, which is a lot safer for me than cycling on the road. Can't beat a day out on a motorbike though Thumbup
