		Almost there - needs a quick road test to settle a few things (clutch cable adjustment & balance carbs) and then its sorted.

I know mine did yesterday on the first ride since finishing it. Took a couple of 10mm open ended with me to adjust the gearlever position. Hope all goes well :thumbup

[/quote]Well your health is the priority, everything else is metal and plastic. Hope you’re now fit and well and ready to enjoy your revitalised Fazer. I suppose there’s no way of changing the throttle cables without removing the carbs, as would like to replace mine as a precautionary measure.

[/quote] Changed my cables purely by chance - I'd taken the carbs out to clean them and noticed one of the cables was frayed. Best to change it before it breaks at the worst time........... 		Planning on changing them soon, as a precaution.  Would really spoil a trip if one let go whilst abroad. Not exactly a roadside job. :eek

I wasn't rushing to do stuff between my daytime jobs or b). I wasn't suffering from arthritis in my hands. hence the odd FFS. :lol :lol

		Nothing worse than having to spin too many plates, as concentration levels drop a bit I suppose. My wife suffers from arthritis in her hands, so can sympathise on that score. I now have to limit myself to one job at a time, or else nothing will get done properly :lol .
