another one is buying something and finding it cheaper next day when your not looking to buy it, and just stumble across it online or in a shop--that really f**s with my mind.

I'm not saying you should do this but...…………

Buy it again at the cheaper price, wait an hour or two then return the cheaper one with the previous (more expensive) receipt and get the money back.

Ha that's what happened when I'd just bought my Clarke Jump Start. Really handy bit of kit, but soon after I got it Machine Mart reduced everything by the VAT equivalent amount for a limited time.

When I used Machine Mart quite a lot, every now and then they'd send an invite to vat free days. Was handy when I bought my compressor and hydraulic bike lift, for sure.

[/quote]Its mainly because my summer jacket is so good at letting the air in as its very perforated - see picture and also white which helps reflect the sun. In hot weather its just that and a t shirt underneath (on the top) but for winter its a hi vis long sleeve stretch top over the non perf jacket with a short sleeve mirano T shirt then under that a wind block long sleeve mirano wool top under that and also a kidney belt.Oh and a buff neck scarf - but I wear that all year around as it keeps out any Kamacazi bees or wasps. Got stung once after one hit my neck and fell down the front - very angry.
By the way 46 is actually 36 in UK measurements and fits perfect with just a T shirt under. My winter jacket has more room for loads of layers.

My air horn gives them an unexpected dance lesson....but....fuck off.

Bring back the Green Cross Code adverts, and drum it into people's awareness.

It worked!

Yes, they’re usually in front of me in the outside lane when I’m in the car.  :rolleyes

I got hit up the arse years ago through this and hurt my back and legs and buckled the back wheel (I had spoked wheels then!) I've never hesitated since !!!

You just know that they're glancing at their phone, or using it. It's so damn obvious because there is no reason to look downwards, or anywhere other than the lights really, unless you are completely preoccupied.
Like when i saw a learner car once that was literally bouncing off the road kerb and swerving all over the place, but i thought maybe it's just the first time ever out on the road. THEN i noticed there was no passenger, and it was the instructor on the phone texting.  :groan

Other peoples cats shitting in my garden again and then me treading in the vile stinking stuff :wall
If I had a dog that did this there'd, rightly, be hell to pay. And why are cat owners nearly always regarded as 'Animal Lovers'?. Cats will kill anything they can get their claws into. Baby birds are a favourite.
They should ban the foccin things.

Highways England. Allowing the complete closure of the M20 for the whole weekend this weekend. With this weekend being one of the busiest of the year for travellers to Dover/Eurotunnel, it is mad.
