SFS Performance coolant hoses can be made to order

Having just started ownership of a 2001 FZS600 a couple of days ago I knew it needed new hosesI presuiSamco would do a set but alas notLooking through the forum there was an issue with any being available at all
SFS performance can apparently put a full set together to order for RRP of £140 but will give 25% discount to forum members
Today 26th Feb 19 - I spoke to Lee who said the more orders the better and could maybe get a full set together for £100The usual colours are availableBlueRedBlackWhiteGreen

SFS have got a set of original Fazer 600 hoses because they never returned mine when I tried this a couple of years ago!

Hi JulesWhen I spoke to Lee, he said that this had been requested a few times and they assemble the kit on demand and can make one or hundredsIf they have your original pipes they made to set the kit up give them a call, there may be an email trail so you can get gem back, or z reduced cost on replacement set

I believe that includes all the rubber tubing

I phoned up, spoke to LeeHe said if there is enough interest he can do a decent discountI can call him again, say there is potentially 3/4 people interested, he may give a discount code

I haven't ordered mine yet will do later by phone with an email confirmation so there is no confusion

Make sure it is the correct kit.  They used to be some confusion as some places thought the FZ6 kits fitted the FZS 600.  There should be more than 8 hoses for a full kit

The FZS600 has 9 hoses and 11 if you include the two to the carbs.
The FZ6 has 8

Always wanted to get a set of these, but alas I no longer have my FZS600. I do have a FZ6 S2 now though, would be interested in a discount code for a FZ6 set... :-)

Hi there's a list of interested parties somewhere on this forum, not sure how many are still active.
I remember the last guy to try and get a set made got quite a bit of interest on the  :faz   facebook site- it might be worth checking it out for the details.

I set up the original group buy which was successful for these. Thread is called "Rad hoses" if I remember right.


They are lasting well and if you can get them then I would say go for it.


HOWEVER!!! Be very careful that you are definitely getting a set for the fzs600 and not the later FZ6.
