Bought it
#1
Introduced myself earlier this month talking about getting back into biking after 20+ yrs. Well I've gone and done it - bought a 2002 FZS 600 - silver, 23K on the clock. Collect next Saturday but will be trailering as a 130 mile trip after not being on a bike for any length of time is probably not a good idea! Not sure if this is the right area but I'm after a rear hugger and a front extender - best place to get them (and can I get rear hugger the same colour?). Also engine bars or bobbins - any preferences to which is best? And where to get them.

Excellent news! +1 for the Pyramid fenda extender. Not sure about the hugger, but make sure it fits the 2002/3 model, as the mounting holes are in a different position to the earlier models

Only year and colour worth having.
Don't listen to the crap that the red and blue owners come out with and the black model owners well best not say anything about them as life is shit enough for them already.  :rollin :rollin Well done Iffy and welcome to the snake pit.

If I did not have black I would have a silver one as they are only slightly slower than a black one.

Mate. Silver is just one up from primer. What colour is it going to be when you've sprayed it. :lol . If you like it. Enjoy it. :thumbup

Probably luminous orange with yellow spots, a touch of burnt umber and a hint of cadmium red, quite fetching I think :rollin
