if you have time watch that clip right through, its quite long but it just shows how that girl rides, dropping into corners cranked right over it looks like she is going to run out of track and she powers on around the bend with maximum gas. I love it.
She caught all the other riders and passed em even with the missed gear change.
Was that the new blade SP she was riding ? I hope it does good for my man McGuinness this year and take back the lap record from grumpy Dunlop. I also wonder will she be there this year or has she given up doing the TT

Ha ha! Glad you noticed the missed cog swop, made her lose quite a distance and she fell back away from the rider she was gaining on, it seemed to make her more determined and when she passed him she did it with vengeance. I love watching Jenny ride, it puts a huge smile on my face, she has style, courage and determination

When you look at women competing in most sports whether is running or any other physical trial they can not compete with men, I know it's a strength issue that men are generally physically stronger therefore are faster, stronger and have more physical endurance. But women often have more determination than guys and what they lack in physical strength they more than make up for in dogged determination, they don't give up where often blokes will just say 'Oh! Bollock s to it' and give up, where as women just keep going and carry on until it's done.

Well that's our Jenny for you, she has dogged determination, she does not ever give up and she has the riders skill set to match all the blokes on the track, no ones says of Jenny that 'she is just a girl' cos she can kick their arses. And the icing on the very sweet cake is she is incredibly fit in every sense of the word. :rolleyes

The CBR1000 Blade that she has been riding up till now has been her own bike, she spins her own spanners and get her hands greasy. But for 2017 she rides officially as a Honda team rider on the new team CBR1000.
I really hope and pray that this is her year.

In some ways I would like her to not race the Island again, it's gruelling and harsh and it rips people apart.
I going to spend a bit of time reading up on her schedule/calendar for 2017.

Any way Graham you and the Mrs will have a brilliant time.
I'm sure and you will come back with lots of tales of manic speeds, daring overtakes, humungus wheelies and heart stopping moments. Not to mention a shed full of stuff that you purchased, badges, jackets, tee shirts, gloves, sew on patch badges, Oh! and don't forget to bring the Mrs back.

Thanks Tommy
I've been told categorically noooo wheelies I've tried explaining it's a fazer 1000 and it's a wheelie monster and any one wheel action would be purely accidental but she's not having it she's also told me no breaking the speed limit, to which I replied "on the Isle of Man my love ... never " she don't know that in places there are no speed limitsĀ  :lol
And as for bringing her back itll be the other way round she'd have to drag me back I reckon
