With these:

Thought I'd give all you poor, deprived, sad southern sacks something to enjoy looking at as the long winter nights draw in  :b

No pleasing some people (or understanding what they're trying to say in their posts)  :rolleyes

When Christo started this thread, he didn't say anything about it having to be about bikes. Frankly, I'm more like you these days; I avoid riding when it's wet, or freezing cold. So I have to have something else to do. Anyways, it's better than talking politics  :z

Amended my post to make a little bit more sense, and yes you are right it doesn't say it has to be a bike and I suppose your walking boots are transport.

So, if you have a nice car, other bike, or even a nice girlfriend (ooh err missus!  :eek ) - what did you do with it today?

Yeah! but if you have a RED Fazer you need a good pair of walking boots if you want to get anywhere fast :lol

Got my FZR1000 running soooo sweetly. The poor thing has been off the road for years. Rebuilt the carbs with all new jets (got lucky on all the jets for £40 from deutschland). Cleaned them out, reset all the floats. Starts and sounds lovely. Freed off the exup valve. Still loads to do.

Also went to use the oven and discoved the element is fooked, so removed the oven, pull the element and ordered a new one.
