possible faulty ecu

New member and I really hope someone can help.
I have a 2005 fz6s  fazer that will not start.
problem started with an engine warning light which when plugged into computer indicated a faulty coil pack which was replaced now bike won't start at all
can't get a spark when I crank the engine over
fault codes 12 22 and 33 are showing up on the dash.
have been advised that it is probably the ecu
any ideas?

Sometimes faulty TPS registers ECU fault code too. There has been TPS free recall and replacement I will start with checking that first.

Thanks for the codes but already have them from the haynes manual.
code 33 is showing which is the coil pack for 1&4 cylinders have changed the coil pack and still showing fault code 33.
No other codes are showing
