It has been a week. This one is hard because all biker meeting spots here are with stationary local coffee shop.

How do you explain that article that where this is definitely called windmill?

Oxford dictionary defines windmill as:

1. A building with sails or vanes that turn in the wind and generate power to grind corn into flour.

1.1A structure using wind to generate electricity or draw water.
