Haven't been out on the mighty thou now for a while, so today, I fitted the big rifle screen, donned my winter gloves and took her for a blast.
Have lost a stone over Christmas, so tweaked the Ohlins a little and hung on for dear life.......God it felt good.  Smile

Just changed my diet and a little exercise. Have mostly cut out carbs. Am cooking chicken with vegetables,(peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, baby corn, chillies and onion) all cooked in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with sea salt and coarse black pepper. It's foccing delicious. Then instead of eating pasta with it, I've been eating it mostly on it's own. When I do feel like a carb boost I cut up some potatoes really small and roast them the same way.
Been doing some sit-ups and press-ups every day and the odd bit of sport sex.  :lol
