Not quite sure you have thought this through though.

The right switch gear also holds the kill switch. With your ignition switch under the seat, it you remove the right hand switch gear, how will you turn the engine off without getting off the bike and lifting the seat?

I see no reason to have a kill switch in the first place, in an emergency I'll stall it other than that pop it on its side stand and switch it off via the ignition

I get what your saying re if it aint broke don't fix it but its an easy mod and I like impractical

I'd run the thing with just an engine, frame and two wheels if I lived in a better climate
