Fitted some trimmed flies, reset the suspension to standard hight, changed the bars and took it for a blast.

another dry one so headed wesht,out the back road to bantry and out the sheeps head peninsula to ahakista photo op at the memorial  :lol and on to kilkrohane and over the mountains to bantry,class scenery, its an area i hadnt been to before so thanks unfazed :thumbup  dont know you find these places but ill deffo do this route again

Think today was the first ride I have had in about 3 weeks.
Anyway 100 mile run very enjoyable but the knees are well fecked this evening, moaning auld git.
I really do need a new front tyre, profile is shot to f--k, it is like the letter V. Bike flicks easily but not sure if it is going to stick.
Monday morning source a new Angel ST/GT

Rode down the  A38 , up through Burrington , across the Mendips  , back home via the A37  , Chew Valley Lake , 44 miles in all

Rode to Windsor on A332 than back via Drift road to Twyford than Henley and back to base Bracknell  Smile

The sun was shining and I may have missed a new speed camera, we shall see later  :'(
