A ride in the sunshine to Castlewood Cafe, Chartley, near Uttoxeter, and back from Wrexham, via Whitchurch, Audlem, Market Drayton, Eccleshall, Stone. 135 miles in all.
Think today was the first ride I have had in about 3 weeks.
Anyway 100 mile run very enjoyable but the knees are well fecked this evening, moaning auld git.
I really do need a new front tyre, profile is shot to f--k, it is like the letter V. Bike flicks easily but not sure if it is going to stick.
