Just buy a set of carbs, they're as cheap as chips.  :lol

So...
Some two weeks ago, I ordered this carb kit: http://www.nrp-carbs.co.uk/shop/index.ph...ct_id=4378
I placed my order after talking to someone from NRP carbs via email.
He confirmed that's the kit I need for my '03 FZS600, so I ordered it.

After receiving the kit, I gave it to my mechanic, but there were problems.
The large rubber seals didn't fit (too small), so he ended up leaving the original ones (which were, thankfully, in mint condition) and a small metal part was missing on one of the valves, so he had to transplant it from my original valves to make it work.
Also, some other small rubber seals didn't fit because they're round, and original ones are cone-shaped, so he left those. Again, my luck those were in mind condition and didn't need changing.

Overall, he succeeded and everything works now, but I'm dissatisfied with NRP carbs.
I think they should check their goods to verify if they really fit certain models or not.
I guess that's what you get for choosing aftermarket parts that are half the price than originals.
