After market bars

Any Gen2 owners out there got Pro Taper bars on their bike?


They look more suited to a SM bike but I like the look


I have Renthal bars and lower risers atm but just wanted a first hand opinion if there's any about

Sorry havent heard of those bars before but i cant see why they wouldnt be suitable.......it's more reach with cables & brake lines that's the issue with bars.


I fitted Renthal High to my gen 2 & ok they look a tad out of place but are great at normal riding.....front gets twitchy under full throttle but dropping the yokes has helped that.


I had braided lines with extra length which gave me just enough.....i also sliced off the left side cable tidy cage.


Oh.......get some pics up of the bike....sounds like you're doing a bit of work. 8)

It's still the same as the day I bought it in that respect noggy.

I was only asking as I had the chance to buy some (Pro Taper Contour) and Rizoma risers. I left the bars and got the risers
