Sooo as some of you might remember i was knocked of my bike by a lovely lady back in February. Well they accepted liability, sent me a cheque for the bike and i assumed it was all over. happy to never talk about it again. Apparently not....  :rolleyes
This morning I got an email from my insurance company saying that the lady who hit me was making a personal injury claim...  :eek
Now, I get the feeling she is trying to claim something back? She hit a motorcycle at 10 mph with a car. How is she injured?
I meet thousands of different people a week, (Granted they are all kids) but this has crossed the line of stupid....
Right I'm off to get pissed now. Rant over.  :'(

If she is going to claim it will be off her own insurance seeing as she was liable, so I don't see how it affects you.

How can she possibly be injured? As far as I'm concerned, they should prosecute her for attempted fraud.

She was probably contacted by one of those scum solicitors who keep ringing me asking if I have been in a car accident in the past 3 years and its given her ideas.

I have sent an email to my insurance questioning this. What would I do without you guys
