Over the winter I have removed AIS done the Carburetor Coolant Bypass fitted the 4* ignition advancer and removed the clocks. This puppy has already had the full monty ivans,  R1 front end and R6 shock plus lots of other bits 

The danmoto clocks are mounted into the risers which are mounted onto billet yoke especially made to accomodate the different riser mounting holes. However the Danmoto has no fuel gauge and does not work the cooling fan

So got a nifty little led fuel gauge (light under the fly screen) from Christian aka Schlumpf and  I have put a thermosatic switch in the bottom hose so it auto comes on when coolant hits correct temp,

The tacho works from neg side of coils but has to have an inline resistor  10k ohm 1/2 watt.

Plus getting some carbon fibre wrapped frame covers from Luke aka Devilsyam I went a tad further and got the airbox, side panels, rear hangers and bellypan all wrapped to match.

To top the look off fitted CRG bar end mirrors

Some may hate it but its mine and I love it

lol it does spoil it but its on for rallies etc and i aint taking it off and putting it back on every week

aye its called get off my lazy arse n do it  :rollin :rollin but use it every weekend so pointless might take it off for a photo  on a sunny day lol

This may be a silly question but when you mention the carb coolant bypass mod, does this mean the carbs are no longer heated by the coolant? I only ask as my hose that comes out of carb no2looks like it's leaking and dripping down the casing, so if I can do away with it without any running problems I might consider doing it.
