bike was damaged by drunks using my property to enter the pub next door, pub landlord refused to make the wall higher so they cant climb it.

they shut their doors at 1am, drunks enter my garden use my bike as a climbing frame sit all over it and have put cigarettes out on it...
glasses get thrown over the wall into my property causing more damage.

would this not make the pub liable?
would i be able to claim the repair costs off them with no actual evidence of who did it, i have evidence the drunks are on my property and destroying everything in sight.

licensing are already down their necks for the noise, they have been served a noise notice to be quiet which worked.. untill they realised weekends the office is shut and the office is shut at midnight weekdays so after then they can do what they want.

You can complain to the council about noise, the police about issues with people entering your property and also the brewery that owns the pub as for the wall the only thing you could do is erect a fence on your side.
