Hi guys,
I'm Max from Devon.
I'm 18, doing my full license when I turn 19 in March, currently riding a YZF R125.
In the lead upto Summer i'm rebuilding a 2000 fazer 600 as a cafe racer.
I look forward to getting all the hints and tips and knowledge i can get from you guys!

Thanks guys Smile Got a few pics here, still alot of work to go yet but considering when I got it ten days ago it was in pieces! Pretty pleased so far Big Grin struggling to identify some things as nothing was labelled when stripped apart -_-

Good to see a young guy getting stuck in on the mechanical side. Respect  Smile .
You will get to know the bike well that way and enjoy riding it all the more for it. Any problems or questions you might have with it will nearly always get answered on here.

Hi Max, Glad to have some younger bods on the site. You do realise you've lowered the average age considerably !  :lol
Great choice in a 600 Fazer for your next bike. You'll love it. A wealth of knowledge on this friendly site, and lots willing to help. enjoy !

Welcome Max and as others have said its good to see someone young getting active with mechanical stuff-so many these days just throw away something that isnt working or pay someone else to fix it.
There is a wealth of help/advice/info available here & the 600 Fazer is an excellent all-rounder with surprisingly good performance.
look forwrd to seeing more pics as the project develops!

And if it don't work,,,bonus, parts are cheap, engines etc
