Fell out with the wife, I have had man flu for a few days now. Been going stare crazy stuck inside. Said feck it so got the leathers on and went for a blast over the  The Sierra de Bèrnia/ Alicante mountains. It was a bit cool as you are about 850 metres above sea level.
Anyway had the desired effect and cleared my head, now for a wee hot whiskey and then bed.

Cork toy run today, great turnout  met Downey,  lost him in the crowd afterwards :'( :lol

At least the showers stayed away until it was all over.

Absolutely spotless very original 76/77 Moto Guzzi 850 Le Man Mk 1, difficult to tell the exact year due to the old plate. Smile

Not quite standard, that Guzzi. Indicators don't look stock (originals were chrome, not black), seat cover not original, mirrors not standard.  Smile    :lol  Very nice though.

Rode to H's cafe. Not much there. Had sausage and bacon butty. Rode home again. Jeez, I live an exciting life  :rolleyes

Well Nick I did say very, I knew the mirrors and seat were not original, but did not notice the indicators until you mentioned them. Smile
I rode one back in 78 and frightened the crap out of myself when I locked the rear changing down to quick. Still a cool looking bike. :eek

Nick, if you move to Carlisle, Wales will feel the pinch in the reduction of fuel and police revenue  :lol

Not to mention the immense revenue loss from all the all-day breakfasts  :lol

I'll bet Lew really misses horizontal rain. And just to make him feel really homesick, what about ice, and snow, and a bike that rots away from all the salt, and....and....black, threatening skies! Howling winds! Just think, Lew....you missed 144mph gusts in Scotland the other day! Hahahahahahaaaaaarrrrrgh!  :'(

Horizontal rain, we had a thunder storm earlier tonight right overhead, honestly thought the roof was coming in. We really do need rain as the water levels are really low just now. This is the resivior up by Guadelest, this was last week, it is only 18% full, just hope it only rains at night though. It is cooling down now as well like it was only 21 degrees on Saturday.  :lol
