Guys, the date in the opening post is provisional.  What we need first is a clear indication of interest and and idea of which date/dates would work for people.

With that in mind, would the 'yes' and 'definite maybe' clans please indicate that here again, together with dates in September to be avoided.  I will try my best to work something out date-wise which caters for the maximum number.

Thanks,BBB. Maybe the best approach is this - for any of you who are interested and up for this, are there any dates that are NOT suitable for you personally? If we know this we can select the best date by process of elimination.

bike is stock apart from 15 tooth front sprocket and renthal bars


i currently have the front pipes off as the exup valve needed servicing but 2 of the studs have  snapped off


i synced the carbs recently as the were a mile out

OK, time to either make this happen or shelf it for some time next year. 

Starting with the art of the possible, I have now only one weekend free in September and that's Friday 19th to Sunday 21st inclusive.  I'm not available at all in October and November, so those months are out, too.

I can fly into and out of Glasgow (Prestwick) with Ryanair for a reasonable amount.  Edinburgh/other airlines are too costly to consider at this time.

I would need a minimum of 5 bikes to work on.  The way the flight times work out, I could do 2 on Friday, 3, maybe 4 on Saturday and another one on Sunday.

I would prefer to base in one area throughout and the closer to Glasgow the better.  Time spent driving between locations is time that I'm not working and that's not cost-effective for me.

If those dates work for you and you'd like to commit now, please add your name to the post I'm just about to put up.
