With the head gasket on my Peugeot dodgy, I'm tempted to cut and run: sell it as fast as possible, then replace it with a bike. This depends on cooperative parents on Friday though!!
Just to get a feel for the waters (as it were), has anyone got / know of a reliable, cheap 250cc+ bike up for sale?

My mate was proud of his recent purchase of a 2005=55 Nissan Navaranew shape 4x4 truck, very smart it is ,only £4,500 +vat
Last week he met me to go rabbit shooting, he turned up in a hire van,,got out looking at my Toyota Hilux and said "them trucks are shit" i ask why,,his has just cracked in half :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
the chassis has cracked in HALF :eek
it has a new MOT on it,,,so questions will be asked about it,,,also he paid with credit card so hopes the sale is guaranteed..
poor bugger :lol
An ageing test pilot for home grown widgets that may fail at anytime.
That's scary! :eek
Mine's not that bad, just suspected head gasket failure. But I can't afford to have it fixed, nor can I have it off the road long enough to fix myself, as I have neither the time nor the equipment.
