[/quote]No, yesterday morning when I went by at about 9:15.  It was in the layby after the A14 slip towards the A1 and where the A14 merges with the A1(M) at Alconbury.  There was nothing else in the layby and no sign of anyone with it.  Didn't come back that way but I doubt it was still there in the evening.
