We are a bunch of smug gits here, aren't we  :lol

Listening to/reading of others complaining about their bikes, criticising others they could get, not knowing what to try next, I get that exact same smug feeling, knowing I've found a bike I've no inclination to part with ![]() Have to bite my tongue in other company; seems to upset some of them a bit :b

I understand Nick, obviously I have no choice with the bike work have provided, and to be honest- I'm not going to complain, it's adequate for the job!

Is it a bad bike? No Is it a good bike? No. Horses for courses is the saying but my fazer is so much better, it's just nice to be reminded daily about that fact, lol

The MoT tester/mechanic in my local bike shop had a Bandit.  They took a Fazer in as a part ex on something else and he was asked to test ride it before it went in the showroom.  The Fazer never went in the showroom, the Bandit did instead.....

Tbf to the machine it would be a lot better if it came with better suspension, I mean there's budget and there's save every bloody penny!

It has a bar shake around the 40mph mark, I spoke to the mechanic about it thinking it might be an unbalanced wheel or something and he just replied with 'nah, that's normal on a bandit!' I mean, really now?

A 600 boxeye and a 1250 Bandit! Have to say I love them both! There both as good as each other in their own way, the main difference is the Bandit is better 2 up. |
