what did you do with your fazer today ?
Took it for a spin to glasson dock with my bro-in-law with the intent on hitting the lakes.
Just tucking into my sausage butty when the heavens opened. No choice but to ride it home again. Arse!
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!

I think it should be ok though, maybe won't last quite so long. Unbelievable state the old chain was in, after riding through flooded roads and not getting to clean it immediately afterwards. Still, those were, I think, the original chain and sprockets, 27.000 miles-ish, so not bad for a bike with no auto-oiler.
And now washed and shiny again. Happiness is a clean, shiny  :faz  Smile
Curiosity got the better of me after reading your post about the VX or VM , so I looked up the DID website. The last chain I bought for the Fzs1000 was a VX.

Reading this it appears that the VX is stronger then the VM. A sigh of relief here  Smile

Got a quick fly round with some super resin polish, and got 3 coats of paint onto one side of the engine, was just about to start the second side of the engine when the heavens opened (luckily that side is not too bad). Cover is now strapped over it tightly.
