Yeah, awesome picture!
Isn't the tax disc meant to be on the left side of the bike though?

On the left in front of the rider. Unless things have changed.

Is it not bad enough to have to display it at all, let alone being told where to display it - I always was under the impression that it was just 'displayed' and that would do.
Roll on October, no more tax disc.

I'm sure it was so that if the bike was parked next to the pavement, facing in the direction of the flow of the flow of traffic, then the tax disc could be seen without standing in the road to look at it. Hence why it's in the passenger side of the windscreen on a car.
A quick google search throws up this: http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/car-tax-rules About quarter of the way down this page^^ in the display tax disc section it says that it should be on the left hand side/kerb side of the motorcycle. Chris P.S. Just to be clear, I couldn't care less where anyone wants to display their tax disc but it's good to know the facts. As you say, won't need to do it for much longer anyway! ![]()

Mine just out of the garage after some work. Most recent mod is a Poly 26 fairing. I managed to break the other one by dropping a big piece of steel tube onto it when tidying the garage. I'd repaired it before so bit the bullet this time and actually shelled out some cash!. Other mods are Delkevic can and downpipes, Fazer 1000 rear caliper and mirrors, braided lines and wavy disc on back and Aeromax d/b screen.
just fitted new down pipes, give it a service and a good clean

Ooft!....bring on some nice weather. ![]() Fazer forever...i never seen one of those fairings before, it is well smart, it has like the thou lowers built in which is different...for what it's worth & i realise it is personal opinion i reckon it'd look better with the grab rail back on. But looookin gooood!!! 8)

Rear rack on about five minutes after the pic was taken! I had literally just put it all back together. Fairing took a bit of fitting but I like it and it's a bit different. Going for the black/silver look for the bike, but can't decide whether to experiment with some chrome look vinyl highlights for the plastics, or a bit of a speedblock effort.

They are all looking really nice folks. As Noggy says, it looks like there has been plenty of winter fettling and everyone is now chomping at the bit for some decent weather so we can all give them a nice airing 8) I know I am. I have withdrawal symptoms :\
Yamaha Fazer 'the only bike you'll ever need' maybe ???
