What did you do with whatever else you've got?
130 miles on the XJ600, in the dry for once. Wrexham-Cerrig-Betws y Coed-Llyn Ogwen-Bethesda-Bangor-Llanfairfechan-Penmaenmawr-Colwyn Bay-Betws yn Rhos-St Asaph-Denbigh-Ruthin-Nant y Garth-home. The cafe on Bangor Pier was shut so had dinner in Colwyn Bay. Left at 7-30am as rain forecast in the afternoon. A bit nippy in the Ogwen Valley, see photo.

Also cured the god-awful noise from the fan belt. Here's praying it stays that way!

Sorry to hear about the back.

All i can say is you'll only hear the bad stories about back operations online...not the good.

I had an operation 5 years ago and all is well...i've never forgot that pain & im thankful every day that i can move around normally

Yeah it's pretty shit, but very hard to appreciate the pain and the difficulties unless you've been a sufferer.

I was offered surgery last time around but turned it down, recovered well! But then it just went again. I'll not be turning it down this time!

Z's dead baby.......Z's dead!!!  8)

My old mans old import vmax with big can was mighty loud, worth having just for the noise, me & my mates could hear it about 2 miles away which was our cue to bail out of the house & continue our skullduggery elsewhere Smile
