Compression is low in cylinders 2 & 3 , but the bores are OK. New piston rings called for, methinks!

Yep, stainless system, and a Venom (I think?) can - soon to be flogged!!  :lol

Maybe valves  Wink

Checked the bike over for it's MOT. Cleaned brakes and fitted new pads in the front.

Re-fitted the chain oiler from on top of the chain near the front sprocket, to the rear sprocket using a bit of stealthy pipework.

I then went for the first ride of the year on her, a quick blast on the twisties, and over to Raceways where I took an MT09 for a lengthy spin (again). Love the MT as a bit of fun, but I think the FZ is more for me, and keep the Thundercat for the commute.
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!

Why did you reroute the oiler?

The mighty Thou is going in for a Service + MOT next week so took it up to the dealers for a quick once over.

Managed a sunny ride in between a hailstorm and a downpour. Yay!  8)

Clearly my skills need some work. Looked like an elephant seal on dry land when slow manouvering.  :eek
