FOR SALE: FZS600 Renntec crash bars.

I've got a couple of sets of renntec crash bars that I picked up in a shoddy state with the intention of cleaning them up, painting and selling on.

I've stripped them to bright bare steel, but I suddenly have no time to paint them.

So I was thinking this might be a good opportunity for someone to take a set and paint them yourself / have them powder coated to the colour of your choice!

There are no fittings. Just the bars.

Sorry for the apparent radio silence over these bars, I forgot to click 'notify'!


Anyway, here's the latest...


I've decided to keep one set, and have painted them in black gloss Hammerite. (with a couple of annoying runs), but for £60 you can change my mind!

The other set are stripped to bare metal with a bright brushed finish (that powdercoating is TOUGH so used a wire brush on a drill)

They have been over on one side...

And for some reason there is a hole drilled in the other...

But they are square, sound and true. I fitted them to my bike to make sure...

For £40 PLUS delivery (if you're close enough, I'll ride them over!) they're yours.

Including stainless button headed bolts at the rear for a neater look, no rusting, and less sharp protrusions to catch your boots on.

Cambridge is not a million miles from me (harlow, essex), and its pay day next week.  Maybe meet me half way with the bare unpainted ones?  Am injured so cant drive very far at the moment.
