Keep on going mate
by riding through the winter you're at increased risk of this type of thing unlike the likes of me in my nice warm car, all still experience but not the best conditions to get confident again.i think you need a nice hot summer on good tyres to get the confidence back.
i read your thread on it & who knows the very fact that you were quite tense at the time may have contributed...or you could just be plain unlucky....whatever though it's still shit.
of course you wouldnt have slipped if you were riding a  :faz  Big Grin

Heh ChristoT ,want to borrow my bike cam, you would make some cracking video's , maybe useful in the classrom on CBT's,,,how not to ride! Smile
