(copied from another forum, so not being patronising to guys in the know about these bikes!)
Im selling my fazer, as Ive never really got along with it, and ive just bought a new dirt bike anyway.
Its a 1998 model, and Im the second owner, Its only covered 14k from new, and has recently had new carb rubbers (well known problem on these)
I did crash it last year, cracking the top fairing, and cracking the generator cover, but Ive done 6000 miles including some horrendous storms, with no problems.
Bike will come with Givi rack and 60litre top box.
It has recent mot, and is taxed till next year.
The problems
Theres a nail in the 500 mile old back tyre, seems to hold air for months though
The front fairing is missing a corner piece
the rad pipe hose (rubber ones) got a pin hole in it, and leaked, I put a piece of rubber over it, and cabled tied it to hell, 1000 miles later, its not lost a drop, so I left it like that.
It has red grips....
gold rear wheel, black front.
no rear pillion handles, or grommets.
The good bits
Recent mot, tyres, and tax
this engine will easy do 100k and ive changed the oil every 3k.
Recent oil and filter.
air filter is nice and clean
new carb rubbers (these are £100 alone, before fitting the bastards, which is a pain in the arse)
downpipes and can are solid (another problem on these)

the black wrap has been removed now from the rear end.
the bike wont indlude the iphone mount or jota handlebars,
I will supply the bike with original handlebars, and the aftermarket screen as well as the original.
it also wont come with the DRLs as I will be fitting these to my other bike.
Would make good winter hack, or with a bit of attention, and all rounder
£1000. ovno.
