LoFo ride out from Oakdene Cafe.
No route planned so did A20 Ashford, A28 Tenterden, B2080 Rye, A265, A229 Maidstone, then A20 back to Oakdene.
Very leisurely ride out.
Bike got dirty :'(
Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad
Put the removable layers back in my jacket and pants and had a bimble over the north yorks moors.
Went for a ride with my Dad and brother to Loomies Cafe. Nice 80 mile trip through the country roads.
Sorry for the poor picture
took my new toy out for the first time since it got delivered here last thursday. the bike run like a chuggy diesel car for the first few miles, its fuel light was on when i viewed it in the shop,so i had them put a fivers worth of fuel in for me before they mot'd it for me,i filled the tank and its running much better now.
first real ride in 8 years for me,so took my time to get going as clearly i would be a bit rusty but im pleased with my choice of bike and hope for lots more fun with the bike.
HAPPY DAYS!!
fitted my black devils Yam fram plugs very happy thanks luke.

mine is a crappy fake carbon one it was on the bike when bought will get round to replacing it eventually.
I checked the links (thanks) and all of em incorporate a chain guard. I been lookin ever since I bought the bike and havn't been able to find a hugger without the guard.

We'll see if they can be shoehorned on without having to bend the fairing!

Went into the garage, switched on the light revved up the throttle grip without starting the engine, gave the seat a rub, switched off the light and closed the door and went back into the house.
This week I've been mostly tinkering in the garage

Took mine for a 40 mile run. hands were freezing after the first 5 miles and I wished I'd fitted my heated grips when I had the chance with the bad weather but a nice run none the less. Will stick a picture up tomorrow if I get them loaded onto the computer.

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

I built a stud wall to devide the garage. A small section at the front to keep a motorbike with enough space to work on it. Above the bike is a mezzanine level too, for storage. Then the other side is fully insulated and used as an office / mancave.
