Hi All

I know I havent been on here much recently, mainly becuase I go on the forum at work through my phone, and tapatalk hasnt been working on this site for aaagess.

Anywhoo, I have just done a deal to trade in my FZS600 for a F800ST 2008 .

I am getting £1100 for my fazer, which is a cheeky deal considering its done 19,500 miles and its basically new looking!

I will still be about for ride outs! just on my slower taller Beamer! Sad Smile

Hi,

Thanks again for your help. Take care on the new bike and as the others have said then don't be a stranger.

All the best,

Chris

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

Tell me about it, But they don't seem to get as much money as they used to.

Plus the bmw has lost so much money, they are asking 3700 for a 2007 bike!

You'll be back.  I changed from a gen 1 thou to a F800ST, nice bikes but just too bland for me. They do everything extreemly well, but just got no soul.

Back on a Fazer 8 now, love it.  Enjoy the beemer, but see you back on a Fazer soon  :lol

Got my F800 the other day, really happy with it so far, nice and torqy straight from idle.

The cheeky bugger who part exed my fazer off me had a go at my headlights saying they were crap, and saying he had to change them out as they didnt put any light out. What a cheeky c**t! If I had known he would be a tosser I would have taken my custom led brake boards, and indicator boards and projector headlights off and offered them to people on the forum!

Had the balls to say it needed 2 new tyres and that the fronts had tread seperation (MY ARSE!)

Alex.
I had a test ride on the later F800GT.(2013)
Like matey said "but just got no soul."

I got back on my Tuono and haven't looked back yet..
Mind I do like the F800GS.

And...I do need a change now.

Ps.  Enjoy your new ride.

I never did test ride the gt, It was way out of my price bracket.

This bike has had a few bits changed which makes a difference, I imagine stock it would be pretty boring.
