front forks chatter?
#1
Help please/ I went to Glasson today and met a few fellow foccers. Great ride and people but noticed from the forks, over broken tarmac (read holes) although shallow the forks seemed to chatter. That I am afraid is the only way to describe it.It seems to bang at the extent of the forks. I am only lightweight and don't think think the springing is light but was wondering if it could be the oil? not sure what is in as only just got the bike. Would it be best to go standard or what would anyone care to recommend please.
Many thanks Barrie

Yep, could be old or low oil. 10w is standard.
