Well, assuming bike is back together, yeah, be up for another ride. If not, I guess I could commit treason and turn up on other half's ZZR400.  Just so long as everyone promises to not fall over, I'll be in deep shit if I trash her bike too...

Most Sundays, 13th onwards suit me best.

Sun 6th october. I think a few of us mentioned a ride out west so mr deadeye could join in so we could meet at the ace and head out west so anyone who knows a nice route can plan a ride. Who's up for this rideout?
Just flapping about on this stagnant little pond on the outer rim of the internet.....yup....  :-))

Count me in. Got some ideas for a route; as mentioned elsewhere, you guys starting at the Ace makes a meet point easy - Hein Gericke on A40, Oxford. Burger wagon there for refreshments.

Ok, the route I'm thinking is:
Meet at Hein Gericke on A40, OX29 4EN (burger wagon in car park for refreshments as previously stated).
Along A40, then down through Carterton and Lechlade, to Highworth.
B4000 to Lambourn (nice n twisty over the Lambourn Downs).
Back over the Downs up to Wantage.
Down the A338 to Hungerford (good winding A road, once again crossing the Downs) and carrying on through to Pewsey.
Then down to A342, turning west, through Devizes and on up to Chippenham, hopefully find somewhere for a coffee (I at least know of a place to park while we check out if anything's open in the town!).
Then A4 all the way back to Hungerford (some very nice winding stretches, very open and wide with plenty of passing opportunities if we meet any slower traffic).
Repeat of A338 section and direct to Oxford, take western ring road (A34) to put everyone back on the A40 for easy trip home.

I reckon from Hein Gericke, round this loop, and back to A40 is maybe 160 miles, perhaps less. If that's too much, there's a couple of places we could cut it shorter.
Hopefully, will be able to ride the route tomorrow and double check mileage, look for good break stops etc.

Sooooo, who's up for that?

It is 100 miles from me but I might be up for it depending on the date, start time and the weather, but I would like to as I am moved away from that part of the world.
