er theres no drive from the front to the rear wheels

okay my engines ticking over fine but put into gear and theres no torque or drive to the rear wheels its spins slightly but when you pull the clutch in the wheel stops moving am i right to say this is the clutch????

Sounds like the clutch isn't adjusted correctly - have you just done a rebuild or something?

Best to adjust it from the front sprocket cover before adjusting at the lever side

yes but i have adjusted the clutch cable side all the way in all the way out makes o difference if the toque settings was done on the clutch plate thats sits on top of the basket (ie) springs and the one nut that holds on the basket.......

I had a similar issue with mine, the pressure plate MUST seat correctly in the spines or it won't function properly (this is how I broke mine Sad )

Also, check to make sure that the plates are in the correct order and that the judder spring is in the right place with the correct plate sat around it - one of the friction plates has a larger internal diameter to accommodate it. Shouldn't take too long to whip it all off and check

As it's a 600 have you checked the front sprocket?

what do you mean have i checked the front sprocket i have recently replaced its and it was torque upped and the washer that bends over the nut was put in properly put on

yeh yesterday i did and now its sorted i put the the pin that the clutch plate sits on wrong the bar going from the cable side had pushed the ballbearing and pin through to far so when i put the clutch plate back on it was to far out............... thankyou for ur help
