Had a text from Red earlier. He had a later getaway then planned this morning. I suspect he is up Wick/Thurso area after a wet ride north. Weather was pretty miserable today.

I could maybe do Saturday or Sunday dependant on where you have got to, but with the pishing rain forecast on unscrubbed in tyres then maybe not.

I'm have all of this weekend off and nothing planned (normally work Sundays), so could do that.

Yep, 12pm. I'll leave Inverness around 10 am, down the A9  :'( and aim to head back via Ballater, Tomintoul,etc  Smile

There's quite a few foccers in the central belt area. Hopefully a few can sign and pass shirt around and eventually back down south

Just got this Mick. I'm off the bike for another week mate. Just had surgery  Sad  and the consultant said NO
Not quite sure what to do with my early mid-life crisis. Ideas on a post card to P.O.BOX 150...

hi all...nice meeting you today mick.....and you again steve .any photos with the new carrier ?.    well ive made it down to loch lomond and am camping as close as i could get.....any up for taking the  ext leg.....if you get stuck mick iam heading down to lake windermere tomorrow tomorrow....text me on the number on the left if i can help

Met up with mickvp today in Aberfeldy and handed the shirt over.
Red98 was in the vicinty and popped along for a cuppa so we had a good mini meet.
Then an excellent ride home via Braemar and Tomintoul.
