I am eternally lazy when it comes to food preparation - so quick is preferably, but simple is necessary Wink

This means things like; Baked Beans on Toast (classic), Jacket Potato (nuked as red98 put it :lol ), anything that can just be shoved in the oven for 20 mins - which mostly includes some sort of breaded / battered, meat / fish Big Grin

Baked beans for me - over brown toast with lashings of mozerella cheese on top slapped under the grill till its all melted

^^^THIS! beans on toast  with cheese (AKA Cheesy beanos) FTW  Big Grin

Eggy mess(as we call it) omelette really , but anything you have in fridge goes it , whatever herbs / spicies you have . Cook in big frying pan , then last 5/10 mins put under grill to fluff up , can even mix couple egg whites and pour in just before you put under grill for extra fluff . Easy and feeds 4 , bit of salad on side if can be arsed .

Cold beer out the fridge and curry from the curry house. Failing that egg fried bread with mixed herbs, bacon and beans.

Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

[/quote]I do beans on toast sometimes but since I don't have a microwave it's borderline on the preparation:eating time scale.

I have a weird one. Toasted and buttered slices of German black loaf with Roquefort cheese melted into it, a generous layer of peanut butter, creamy cole slaw on top of that and finished with a liberal dusting of black pepper, serve with a slice of Black Bomber cheddar and a bottle of Tanglefoot.
Dammit, I'm off to the kitchen to make some now....

Mushroom and leeks pasta with double cream - If I'm really hungry it's done in 15 - 20 minutes.

Another idea of mine for a quick pizza - recently they started selling square tortillas - they are quite thick - so perfect for the oven. on the pizza I put double cream (instead of tomato sauce), pepper  and basically whatever I have lying around in the fridge.

spag bol every time for me!
usually make a load of the "bol" at some point and bung it in the freezer.
when i'm in a rush (or lazy) a quick trip to the freezer and a few mins cooking the pasta and a good filling meal that's really easy.
piece of cake to do from scratch too, but i'm lazy ! Wink

For a quick one

2 slices of toast into toaster
cut cheese into chunks, put in bowl, bang in microwave,
when it goes gloopy grind in some pepper, and give stir
when toaster pops put mic back on for 20 secs
butter toast, pour on cheese, couple of drops of tobasco over the top

waiting for toaster, I normally manage to pour a rum 'n' coke

Sorted  :b    ( cheddar, brie, camembert  -  don't care )

Stick some bacon on the grill for a few minutes, while it's grilling slice some cheese,
when you turn the bacon over stick a couple of slices of bread in too,
once the toast is browned, turn it over and spread a bit of peanut butter on,
stick the bacon on top, add the slice of cheese on top of that,
grill until the cheese is brown.

Takes 5 minutes and is gorgeous.  Wink
Broken, bruised, forgotten, sore,
too fucked up to care any more.
