#1
I have seen Mike's CM seat on the forum and it looks fab, are there any others you could recommend? My seat has never been the comfiest but now i wear gore-tex gear rather than leathers it seems to have got worse, or am i just getting old?  thanks, Dave

Where are you in the country? I am in the North west Nr Liverpool and have one I might sell as I have gone back to Gell.

Its a Digger Seats remanufactured one and has had some extra height added to the seat to open the old knees out plus comfort foam layer  http://diggerseats.co.uk/Seats_Gallery.html

You are welcome to try it out if you want.

I changed the bars and peg positions and managed 1000 miles in one hit on a standard seat whereas last year in spain i was in agony after 2-300 miles. Try changing your riding position before the seat.

I would definitely recommend Digger Seats. I have had mine reprofiled to give a lower seat height and better support for the pillion. Similar to the one pictured. Contact digger and he will do what you want with your original seat base. Takes about a week. Very reasonable on cost.
I can do 8 hours in the seat and am just starting to feel uncomfortable. Not bad for a 70 year old.

Hello Black8, can you tell me how much your seat cost & how long turn around was from Tony Archer please? I think I like that. Did you ask for anything specific?

I'm after a comfier seat as well, I have a 2500 mile ride in a couple of weeks and even my wife finds the standard seat uncomfortable on the back, if no one else is interested in this seat I will be as I could get away with the extra 2" in the seat
