I'm going to bite the bullet, and ask the bloke down the bike shop to fit new plugs when I get my tyres done in a few days' time. I'll also ask him to balance the carbs then....

I'll ask Paul down the bike shop to do it, he has tools and compressed air. Neither of which I have here.

For the sake of a couple of quid more each i'd say yes, as they'll last longer.

I did the same thing and got the bike shop to change them when it was in for something else. Just as well too as they were a state when he got them out and he said they were difficult.
