Swapping KM clocks for Miles clocks
#1
My clocks are currently in KM, could I get a miles set and just plug and play?

Or will the speedo be wrong?

I know the odometer will be wrong, but I am not too concerned about that.

For anyone that finds this and wonders what the outcome was.

I fitted MPH clocks today from another bike and everything is working as it should. I went out for a ride with a tomtom in my map holder and the speedo is reading correctly, about 2 mph higher than the tomtoms speedo which is consistent with other bikes/cars so I'm happy.

No more messing about with rubbish overlay stickers Smile

Good to know.
My clocks say km but read miles. I guess there's a converter in there.

I did the same - it was cheaper to get a second hand set of mph clocks of fleabay than to buy a converter or overlays

Hi Jenic

Just wondering if you still have your old KM Clocks?
I'm in need of some if you are keen on selling them.

Cheers
