Leave tommorrow for Scotland just rode the bike fully loaded 2 side boxes 1 top box any tips to make it any easier feels very different obvious answers like take less more practice change supendiob won't help me as I leave 9am I'm a bit worried that's all I'm hoping I will get used to it but any advice my settle me nevres a bit
Getting stressed wont help, you will just end up more tense when riding, which is tiring. You will soon get used to the difference in fact you wont notice it once you get some saddle time in. If its your first time to Scotland enjoy its great, im going again in July
as above...you`ll soon get used to it.......unload some of the beer you mentioned in you other thread and buy some more at your destination, its only going to get warm and all shook up.........have a great time and dont forget the pictures
LHS pannier should be slightly heavier than the right.
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming - WOO HOO! What a Ride!"
All of the above but don't take your hands off the bars slowing down. If you do, prepare for the mother of all tankslappers as you decelerate through 25mph.
