Tax renewal forms to both my Fazer and Fireblade landed on the door mat yesterday. Looks like I'll have to sell one of the kids. Still, get the priorities right.

There is now no real differential in having two wheels and smaller engine as against four and bigger engine plus there are no co2 banding levels for bikes that I know of, it's just a treasury giving with one hand taking with the other rip off.

It is a tax on your ownership of a vehicle, pure and simple. [/quote] You want to use the road, you pay the tax or you can't. That is road tax. You don't use your vehicle on the road you don't have to pay it. If you don't intend to use the road you declare sorn, you don't declare sorn then you intend to use the road. not tax on owning the vehicle as you can own the vehicle and not use the road.

Wiki is quite frequently wrong. While it's quite flattering having you follow me around trying to correct every post I make, it is getting a bit silly, especially as you are so consistently wrong. |
