I've made a decision...

My much loved  :kiss owned from new Fazer 600 is going  :'( as I've part exchanged it for a 2007 FZ1 with 3800 miles on the clock  Smile

My old bike hasn't missed a day and it's really hard to let it go but there's no way I can keep it, already got the classic for a hobby bike so just need to change my daily transport

What classic do you have?

1965 Lambretta TV175 series 3 which is actually a 1963 but DVLA got it wrong and I haven't sorted it yet.

It has a Mugello 186 kit to sort out the top end and it can keep up with most modern stuff except I can't bring myself to put an ugly outboard disc brake conversion on it so you don't really want to go that quick because stopping can take some time!

Technically it's not a motorbike but does have a manual gear change and therefore does require a full bike license to ride it.

All the FZ1's I've looked at have a red shock spring on them (about 5 bikes) I notice 2 of them had gold casing covers but they were 2009 models.
