Goodbye........
#1
After 10 years I've finally waved goodbye to my trusty FZ600  :'(
Gone, but probably not disappeared from this board. As it's now in the (highly skilled and mechanically sensitive  :b :b ) hands of Sunny Intervals (or razgruff, for those of you who've been around here a while)
So.......what should I buy next?  Saw a new Honda Nsomething auto at the NEC and a very attractive Moto Guzzi V7 at the Excel show
The search is on  :lol

08 Graphite Grey FZ1 ABS..
Yoshi CF R-77 Full system, FCE, Ivans Flies, PC-V + Autotune Kit, DNA Aifilter & Airbox Mod, Speedo healer ,16T front gen1 sprocket,

depends on your budget!  but why not another Fazer 600?

I haven't found anything better than my old FZS600 yet which I've kept.

You could try a Street Triple if you aren't bothered about a fairing and you like riding like you've been tipped forward, or a Bonnerville if you don't need Fazer performance?

.......I did try a Honda CBF1000 which felt a bit like a modern Fazer and was not too heavy (I can still remember your entrance at 'dare when you chucked your Fazer into the courteyard  Wink )

Well after hanging around this board for about 9 years,
Started the new board as Sunny Intervals but decided to be me again.
I've finally ended up with a Fazer ( It's just a rumour that I'm the place bikes come to Die Meldrinkgone  Confusedmash )

Some of you know me and those that don't will probs get to know me now that I've been extradited from Weegieland.

Always thought of you on a Black R6 Helen  :b

The triumph triples get great reviews.

The fazer thou is poplar.

The bmw rs are nice too.

It all depends on what you fancy, just ride as many as you can and keep an open mind  :lol

The NC700 is a horrible thing. All accounts say it's gutless, its horsepower output is lamentable, and isn't even that good looking IMO.

If I HAD to have a parallel twin, I'd get a BW F800GT. Pretty good looking, and reasonable second hand.  Smile

Nice looking bike.  Loving the pose in front of the HDC bins, was this on pick up day cos Helen looks pretty darned chuffed.

Thanks for that Pepy - don't think we're in any danger of winning photographer of the month though with those bins in the background  :rollin :rollin
Day 2 with the new Monster  8)
It's an 05 plate 800 S2R (whatever all that means  :lol ) and it only had 3k on the clock.
Very different from the Fazer, interesting engine, rubbish brakes, Italian style - this is going to be fun  :woot
I can't make the BOTW meet, BUT will definitely turn up at a foc meet again soon  :thumbup
