Winter sucks but bikes are ace
#1
I hadnt been on the bike for about 3 weeks and at the weekend; Sunday to be precise; I could stand no more and the garage door came open, out came a sparkling, buffed beutifully clean and oiled machine.
Two hours later I wheeled in a filthy old looking bike that rivaled Nick Saunders shabby bike look ((hose and soap this Saturday)) was I bothered NO! the wife said she could see how happy I was and she was right.
I have now got some acerbics hand gurads to put on; winter only mind; theyl be off in the spring.
Come on Santa bring me some dry and warmish..
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

I'm feeling the same, mine was washed and FS365'd the other week and has been sat there, aside from being started last week, for 2 - 3 weeks.

I nearly dragged it out for bringing to work today, but I ran out of time to locate all my kit etc after having a rare breakfast at home.

I'm out on the Beer tonight so probably won't get time to ride it this weekend either, but I'm itching, the grit has been washed off the roads by all the rain now too.

Badly need to sneak an hour and have fun!  Big Grin

I rode to work this morning and had to splash through a lot of flooded roads but it was so worth it. Bike looks filthy but hey it'll wash off.
Sent from my villa in the South of France.

Just get out there and ride. Rain, hail or shine, every moment in the saddle is a moment well spent.

And my signature says it all really.
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!
